ABOUT LUCIE
“My name is Lucie Cervenkova and I am fully qualified in Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Ayurvedic Facial Massage and Hopi Ear Candling (Thermal Auricular Therapy). I am also a Member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists (MICHT) forming part of Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
A number of years ago I decided that I wanted to change my life, knowing I wanted to explore more about myself and the world in which I live. I left Prague, capital city of the Czech Republic where I was born, and moved to England hoping to find inspiration for increased well-being and a more fulfilling life.
After obtaining a Cambridge Certificate in English I realised that I wanted to study ancient therapies and well-being. I registered for a course and later qualified with an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage. During the course I studied Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Techniques, Professional Conduct and Business Awareness.
I have continued with my personal and professional development by studying other therapies, including a Diploma in Hot Stone Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Ayuverdic Facial Massage and Hopi Ear Candling (Thermal Auricular Therapy). This provides me with the opportunity to obtain a better lifestyle and greater sense of well-being with the added pleasure of supporting current and future clients in increasing their own well-being.
In 2006 after developing a successful business in UK, I decided to move to Peñíscola, Spain. My decision to move was influenced by the more relaxed approach to life adopted by the Spanish, and of course the weather played its part. The Spanish life-style supports my outlook on life and provides an environment where I can help promote the well-being of my clients, whether they are permanent residents of the are or are benefiting from spending a holiday here"
